Whittaker, 29, of Longford Terrace, Holyhead, was jailed at Caernarfon Crown Court for seven weeks for perverting the course of public justice.
He pulled up in his car with the tyres "screeching", got out and grabbed Ms Chong-Kwan.
The judge Her Honour Nicola Jones jailed the defendant for seven weeks for perverting the course of public justice by contacting Ms Chong-Kwan.
He was also made subject to a Domestic Abuse Protection Order for two years with conditions including not to contact Ms Chong-Kwan.
