The Grundy County Industrial Development Corporation and the Grundy County Industrial Development Authority conducted their annual meetings on Jan. 26. During the session of the Industrial Development Corporation, four board members were returned to office for additional three-year terms. At its annual meeting, the Grundy County Industrial Development Authority voted to recommend six-year terms to the Grundy County Commission for Rick Klinginsmith, Soptic, and Taul. Final approval of IDA board appointments rests with the Grundy County Commission. Officers of the Industrial Development Authority are President Chris Hoffman, Vice President Lowrey, and Treasurer Bruce Constant.
