In the fall, the Associated Student Government Sustainability Committee began sowing the seeds for their latest project: a cookbook. Many equate sustainable eating with plant-based eating, said Weinberg junior Meadow Neubauer-Keyes, chair of the ASG Sustainability Committee. However, she believes sustainable eating means “knowing where your food comes from.”“To me, cooking for yourself is something that’s sustainable,” Neubauer-Keyes said. According to Martins, the committee will be accepting submissions for the cookbook indefinitely and is eager for its final product to reflect the entire student body.
