The district, citing a need for space after previously shutting down Washington School 14 years ago, claims the middle school offers a solution to accommodate fourth graders. (ABC 6 News) – Parents are voicing concerns after the Osage School District voted to move fourth graders to the middle school. The decision came after the district’s board meeting on Dec. 22, when members voted 3-2 to relocate fourth graders from Lincoln Elementary School to Osage Middle School. Sletten said they plan to move fourth graders to the middle school instead of expanding Lincoln Elementary School.
