Shooter steals bike, guns down man walking in Southwest Philadelphia: PolicePHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are searching for a suspect who stole a bicycle from a SEPTA bus and then killed a man in Southwest Philadelphia. Police say the male suspect exited a SEPTA bus and stole a bike off the front rack. He then allegedly biked up to a man walking on the street and shot him multiple times. "After that victim fell to the ground, the shooter fired several more shots into the victim and then ran off." Police say the suspect fled on foot down S. Daggett Street, where he stole an electric scooter.
