There is a similar thread from 2021 but since its old and my problem seems worse, I am starting a new thread.I bought a 1982 compatible header from eBay and cleaned it up, but the part number is different. An 82 factory part is 3237427, but I bought a 3237096-2AB, which is supposed to be compatible from what I read. The bolt holes on either side just barely allow the bolts to thread into the engine without going cockeye.When I do that, the center bolts, which are actually supposed to go in first, are not even close to aligning. The bottom bolt locations do not align either and the port to left blocks the nut from going in as well. Maybe split the difference between the bottom of the holes on the sides and the top of the 2 center holes?
