It will be located adjacent to existing structures within the main farm complex. Agricultural buildingPlanning has been deemed acceptable for a new agricultural building at Pentre Farm on Barry-cathlea Road in Llangattock Lingoed. Officers raised concerns that the size and layout of the proposals would overwhelm the existing building. The proposed building would have the outward appearance of a modern agricultural building, albeit smaller, and therefore would not look out of place in the area. A condition has been imposed to ensure that the buildings remain ancillary to the main property, in line with planning policy for the rural location.
