GREY2K USA Worldwide made the donation to Greyhound Rescue Wales (GRW) to help dogs previously raced at the Valley Stadium in Caerphilly. Christine A. Dorchak, president of GREY2K USA Worldwide, said: "Greyhound Rescue Wales has shown true leadership for animals in Wales and around the world. Greyhound Rescue Wales, which has been operating for more than 30 years, focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming greyhounds and lurchers. The group has been a vocal supporter of the campaign to ban greyhound racing in Wales and has raised concerns about animal welfare at the Valley Stadium. Claire James, chief executive of Greyhound Rescue Wales, said: "We are delighted to receive such a generous donation from GREY2K USA Worldwide, who have supported our work for a number of years with previous donations and event sponsorship.
