One biker injured after hitting Vermont State Trooper

(WNYT) – An e-bike operator has been injured after hitting a Vermont State Trooper, Wednesday afternoon.

Officials say Trooper Negrin came upon an e-bike being operated by Arianna Angell-Brinn, 21.
When Trooper Negrin attempted to go around Angell-Brinn, she allegedly attempted to make a left turn, hitting the passenger side door of Trooper Negrin’s cruiser.
Authorities say Trooper Negrin immediately stopped and began rendering aid to Angell-Brinn, before she was transported to Southwestern Vermont Medical Center as a precaution.
