NewsChannel 13 has obtained the settlement agreement between the Greater Johnstown School District and now former high school special education teacher Scott Jeffers. NewsChannel 13 was at the Greater Johnstown Central School District’s board of education meeting last week when the board approved Jeffer’s agreement.
