Tito’s Tacos is expanding its famously unchanged menu with the introduction of a cheese quesadilla, marking only the third new item added since the Culver City restaurant opened in 1959. Known for its tightly curated menu, Tito’s Tacos previously added just two new items over that span: a veggie tamale and, most recently, a chicken burrito in 2024.
