Nine of those combined hires were offensively minded candidates who were realistic (or semi-realistic) options for the OC job in Philadelphia. After all, if you're good at your job (you don’t even have to be great), the Eagles offense works really well. And if the Eagles offense works really well, then the Eagles will make a deep playoff run. After the 2023 season, the Eagles changed Sirianni’s role from an offensively minded head coach to a CEO head coach.
