Family members of two Trinidadian men killed in a U.S. boat strike off the coast of Venezuela filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Trump administration in Boston’s federal court on Tuesday. Chad Joseph and Rishi Samaroo were among six fishermen killed when their boat was struck by a U.S. missile in October.
