He said his administration did not authorise any proposal involving equity participation or dilution of the ABG's 72.9 per cent share in BCL. Read more:BCL was the previous operator of the Panguna mine which has remained closed since 1989 when the Bougainville conflict began. The miner is looking to redevelop the Panguna mine, and has a current five-year exploration license.
