(CLASS X FELONY)OFFICIAL MISCONDUCTin violation of 720 ILCS 5/33-3(a)(2), in that said defendant, a public officer or employee, Dolson Township Clerk, while acting in her official capacity, knowingly performed an act which she knew that she was forbidden by law to perform, in that she committed THEFT OF GOVERNMENTAL PROPERTY in violation of Section 16-1 of Act 5 of Chapter 720 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, by taking United States currency from Dolson Township. (CLASS 3 FELONY). ***These are merely accusations/information, and all persons are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. ***It is unknown to us at this time if she has been arrested or turned herself in to the Sheriff’s Department.
