The KLDC is the City of Kingston’s economic development nonprofit, created to spur local investment by supporting and financing business growth projects through tools such as the loan programs just announced. “The new, expanded, low-interest Façade Loan Program will be helpful for those looking to restore the facades of their buildings and businesses. “These loan programs are an important part of our mission to promote economic development and support local businesses,” said Executive Director Amanda L.
