Advertised room prices increased by 12 per cent over 2025, Mirus Australia’s January analysis shows, with more than 2,200 aged care homes increasing their highest advertised price.
Over 2,400 homes increased their lowest price too, Mirus Australia noted.
Prices steadily increased throughout the year, reaching $587,990 in November 2025 and peaking at $588,575 in December 2025.

This represents a 30.61 per cent decrease from the 196,727 in November and a 45.45 per cent decrease from the spike of 250,238 in September.
