The apex court upheld Mr Nyindam’s application, ruling that the High Court committed a jurisdictional error, and effectively restored his mandate as Member of Parliament for Kpandai. I’ve never had peace to work as an MP, but I’ve been enduring it because that’s part of the job,” he said. He recalled the moment the High Court in Tamale delivered its ruling on November 24, 2025, describing it as a turning point in his life. “I was actually shocked by the decision by the High Court in Tamale, and it changed everything about me,” he stated.
