Hello, my husband is in the same situation. He had TB years ago when he was in India. As per Indian medical standards, his TB treatment was completed. He relocated to Singapore and applied for Aus tourist visa from Singapore. We followed up with Bupa and they say that there is no way they can contact EMP.
