**********On 01/07/2026 at approximately 1555, officer contacted a subject in Black Diamond Municipal Court who had an outstanding warrant. Officers contacted the subject and their family on scene and determined criteria for involuntary mental health assessment was not met. No one was home, at a later time officers contacted the homeowner and informed them of what had occurred. Officers made contact with the reporting party who advised officers he is the respondent on an order. In an effort to prevent a crime from occurring officers contacted the other party and discussed the situation.
