Nonprofit Old Town Hot Springs will continue its free Wellness Seminar Series, open to members and guests, with the presentation “Understanding Hormone Therapy in Menopause.”The wellness seminar, set for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, will be taught by Dr. Elaine Stickrath of UCHealth. The seminar will explore how hormone therapy may help manage menopausal symptoms and support overall health and well-being. Attendees can learn about current treatment options and ask questions in an open, informative setting. Stickrath earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Colorado in 2012. The doctor practiced at Denver Health Medical Center from 2012 to 2022 before relocating with her family to Steamboat Springs, where she is on staff at UCHealth Women’s Care Clinic.
