A converted church once owned by artist David Bromley is up for sale in the town of Alberton. The renowned painter and sculptor purchased the historic church in 1999 and set about turning it into a home and studio. The property is now listed for sale by Thanasi Mantopoulos and Justin Peters from LJ Hooker Mile End with an auction scheduled for February 11. Built in the 1880s, the former Alberton Baptist Church is now known as 'Church Studios' and includes three titles across a 2,934-square-metre corner plot of land. 234 Port Road, Alberton is currently listed for sale by Thanasi Mantopoulos and Justin Peters from LJ Hooker Mile End.
