Mardi Gras is right around the corner, and the Vilar Performing Arts Center is bringing Bourbon Street to Beaver Creek with four nights of New Orleans music Feb. 4-7, headlined by two performances from The Revivalists! The festival continues to grow: additional acts were recently added, and Beaver Creek Village will come alive with all sorts of Mardi Gras-themed festivities, including a pop-up après, mountain ski-down, fireworks, and more. The Vilar Performing Arts Center’s Mardi Gras Celebration February 4-7 continues to grow with the addition of rising New Orleans talent and expanded village-wide festivities. Beaver Creek Village will join the Vilar’s celebration with Mardi Gras-themed events and deals throughout the long weekend, including:Thursday, Feb. 5Pop-up Après throughout the village from 3:00-4:30 p.m., featuring live music by the d’Lovelies, Mardi Gras bites from local restaurants, and themed activations (with beads, of course!) Thursday Night Lights from 4:30-6:00 p.m., featuring a mountain ski-down with glow necklaces followed by fireworks and a DJ setFriday, Feb. 6Mardi Gras-themed live music from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
