WADENA — Wadena State Bank announced the retirement of Dr. Joseph Miller from its board of directors, ending a distinguished 31-year tenure that began in December 1994. A longtime Wadena resident and owner of Wadena Eye Clinic, Dr. Miller has been recognized for his steadfast leadership and dedication to the bank.
