— A Dimock man has been sentenced in a sexual contact case that spans nearly a decade.
Thirty-seven-year-old Amos Stahl pleaded guilty in July to two counts of sexual contact with a minor, both Class 3 felonies.
For the second count, he was sentenced to 15 years, with 10 years suspended.
ADVERTISEMENTCourt documents allege that between September 2013 and March 2016, Stahl knowingly had sexual contact with a victim under 13 while he was over 16.
Additional allegations indicate that between March 2020 and March 2022, he had sexual contact with the same victim, who was then between 13 and 16, while Stahl was over 16 and more than five years older.
