A 43-year-old California man has been arrested after his father called 911 and begged for help because “he stabbed me.”The Barstow Police Department said the call came in shortly after midnight Wednesday. Arriving officers found the 63-year-old man outside the home with facial injuries as well as cuts to his neck and finger. Medical personnel treated his injured father, while officers found a bloody kitchen knife on the scene. Vincent was booked into the High Desert Detention Center, charged with attempted murder and criminal threats.
