The Dickon Mitchell National Democratic Congress (NDC) Administration appointed Dolland as the new chairman of the GTA, according to a notice in the 2 September 2022 publication of the Government Gazette. A 16 January notice published in the 23 January 2026 Government Gazette signed by Gillian Bristol, Chairman of the Integrity Commission, lists the names of public life officials who have failed to comply with the Public Life Act and warns them about the consequences of not declaring their assets, liabilities, income and interests.
