Sandra “Sandie” Bartko (Wiseman), 67, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on January 27, 2026, in her home in Rockwood, Tennesee. Born on April 3, 1958, in McPherson, Kansas, the daughter of Milo and Winnie (Unruh) Wiseman. She is survived by her husband and best friend of 44 years, Kirk Bartko, her daughter and son–in-law Stephanie (Sean) Kelly, and granddaughter Madeleine. She also leaves behind sisters, Jaqueline Conwell and Laura Wiseman-Reeves, brother Tommy Wiseman and many nieces and nephews. Kyker Funeral Home of Kingston is serving the Bartko Family.
