1/1 Paul Ray Craig Jr.ROCK HILL, S.C. – A Rock Hill man was arrested Tuesday in connection to the 2016 murder of Walter Faile, the Rock Hill Police Department announced. The investigation into Faile’s death was later deemed a cold case after no new leads or updates. Detectives assigned to the case recently took another look at the evidence and identified 51-year-old Paul Ray Craig Jr., of Rock Hill, as a suspect. The Rock Hill Police Department is currently investigating 18 cold case homicides.
