Gulf Air, the national airline of Bahrain, has announced plans to introduce Starlink high-speed internet across its entire fleet starting mid-2026.
The agreement was signed by Gulf Air CEO Martin Gauss and Starlink Aviation's Global Head Nick Seitz at Awal Private Terminal, with key industry figures in attendance.
"Introducing Starlink across Gulf Air’s fleet demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the passenger experience," said Gulf Air Group Chairman Khalid Hussain Taqi.
The first Gulf Air A320 equipped with Starlink is expected to enter service by mid-2026, with a fleet-wide rollout to follow.
Gulf Air, established in 1950, operates to over 50 destinations and has been recognised as a "Five-Star Major Airline" by APEX for 2026.
