Mississippi State men’s basketball ended it’s five-game losing streak in SEC play on Wednesday, taking down LSU with a prolific performance on the road in Baton Rouge.
The Bulldogs, now 11-10 on the season and 3-5 in conference play, registered a vital 80-66 Quad 1 win against the Tigers.
Defensively, the Bulldogs had a strong half, but poor shooting by LSU contributed to the lopsided scoring.
Hubbard had another below-par night shooting the basketball, finishing 4-12, but led the team with 15 points on the night.
MSU will look to carry the momentum into Saturday, when the Bulldogs travel to Columbia for a game against Mizzou.
