Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies, part of Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, is supporting this year’s Time to Talk Day by raising awareness through a dedicated event at Bradford City Library.
Emily Bridges, a psychological wellbeing practitioner at the service, said: "Talking openly about how we’re feeling can be incredibly powerful.
The library event will offer members of the public a chance to speak with Emily about the benefits of talking therapies and how conversation can help challenge stigma.
She will encourage people to reach out for help, explaining the support available through the Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies service.
Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies is open to anyone aged 16 and over who is registered with a GP in Bradford, Wharfedale, Airedale or Craven.
