With the shopping centre set to be demolished later this year, businesses are vacating the 1970s brutalist building. And on the pending demolition, the business owner told the Telegraph & Argus: "It’s a touchy subject, we’ve been there a long time." The owner describes the clothing sold as "ladies fast fashion".
