Enforcement notice issuedAn enforcement notice has now been issued to the owners of the building. It takes effect next month, and will give until late April for the works to be completed. Ivegate is one of Bradford’s oldest streets, but in recent years has been blighted by modern and unauthorised shop fronts. Bradford was recently awarded Heritage Action Zone funding – which will be used to help restore heritage buildings in the city centre. The first round of funding will focus on the Ivegate area.
