Afterward, one of the other women said he became "persistent" and “pressured” her to go to the bathroom with him.
Both of the women underwent sexual assault examinations that confirmed the presence of Lovejoy’s DNA.
The case is set to be heard by a jury at the Carlton County Justice Center starting Feb. 10, with Judge Rebekka Stumme presiding.
Lovejoy remains in the Carlton County Jail, with a warrant also active in St. Louis County.
The Duluth case is scheduled for trial just a few weeks later, March 3, before Judge Leslie Beiers.
