A five-month-old baby who was allegedly murdered by his enraged step-father suffered a 'shaking-type injury', a court has heard. Thomas Morgan, 29, is accused of killing 'happy and healthy' Jensen-Lee Dougal in a fit of rage following an argument with his ex in March 2024. Jensen-Lee suffered catastrophic brain damage, numerous fractures and extensive retinal bleeding to both of his eyes, Swansea Crown Court heard. Morgan is accused of shaking Jensen-Lee 'whilst angry and in temper' as he looked after him at the family home in Swansea, Wales. Ms Dougal wept as she told Swansea Crown Court she was forced to make the decision to turn off Jensen-Lee's life support machine.
