Hall of Fame inductee James Toney has shared his thoughts on a potential rematch between Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao. Filipino icon Pacquiao has made it clear that he is interested in facing former rival Mayweather for the second time, over a decade on from their first encounter. ‘Money’ Mayweather was victorious in their monumental first showdown back in May of 2015, defeating Pacquiao via unanimous decision to unify the WBC, WBA and WBO world welterweight titles in Las Vegas. Speaking to ESNEWS recently, James Toney admitted that he would favour Pacquiao in a potential rematch against Mayweather as he claims the eight-division world champion still ‘has the movement’. He has not ruled out the Pacquiao rematch, nor putting his famous 50-0 professional record on the line.
