First Horizon Bank Adding South End Branch as Part of Charlotte Expansion

First Horizon Bank is adding a new branch near its new headquarters tower. First Horizon Bank submitted plans with Charlotte officials on Jan. 23. First Horizon Bank runs operations across 12 states, mostly in the southern U.S. Assets totaled $83.9 billion as of Dec. 31. Justin Rutledge became Charlotte market president last month. U.S. Bank launched its seventh Charlotte-area branch in August at 1801 South Blvd., right across from where First Horizon plans to set up shop.
