It is being made in partnership with BBC Studios Productions and will star The Boys’ Antony Starr as a man who presides over a community of surfers. “Screenwest is delighted to welcome Netflix to Western Australia for the first time,” Screenwest chief executive officer Rikki Lea Bestall said.
