Beyonce has encouraged Teyana Taylor to "invest in [herself]". The 35-year-old star has known Beyonce, 44, since she was a teenager, and Teyana has always been happy to receive advice from her showbiz pal. Speaking to People, Teyana recalled being told: "Invest in yourself. The singer choreographed the video for Beyonce's 2006 single Ring the Alarm - but Teyana admits that she didn't understand the music business during her younger years. Meanwhile, in December, Teyana revealed that she was focused on acting because she felt "claustrophobic in the music space".
