In the recording, the man is seen kicking the taillight of a government SUV as agents prepared to leave the scene. The footage does not show whether federal officers detained the man identified as Pretti after the January 13 encounter. Conservative podcaster Megyn Kelly, on X Wednesday: "Alex Pretti was itching for another confrontation with Border Patrol, whom he’d been stalking, harassing and terrorizing.
