Justice, News January 28th, 2026Three people were sent to hospital, and another person is injured, following an attack by loose dogs. The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary received numerous calls from the Pouch Cove Line area after 1 p.m. today describing roaming dogs that had caused injuries to several people. Four people were injured during the attacks, three were sent to hospital, two of whom have serious injuries. Those injured include passersby who attempted to intervene to help their neighbours. When officers arrived on scene, they worked with the Pouch Cove Volunteer Fire Department and attempted to contain the two loose dogs to a single property.
