Vanishing Point, a mixed media installation by Penarth artist Richard Bowers, is on display at Barry’s Art Central Gallery in the Vale of Glamorgan. Rob Thomas, chief executive of Vale of Glamorgan Council, said: "Holocaust Memorial Day is an important moment for reflection. The exhibition, which runs until February 28, responds to this year’s Holocaust Memorial Day theme of Bridging Generations. That date marks Holocaust Memorial Day and the lighting served as a symbolic act of remembrance and solidarity. She said: "It is especially meaningful to see a locally based artist contributing to this year’s Holocaust Memorial Day exhibition.
