Connie Ann Early Woolwine, 79, of Blacksburg, Virginia, died peacefully in her home on January 24th, 2026. Connie grew up in Christiansburg, Va. where she was the top girl in her class and was offered a full scholarship to college. However, she had another offer of marriage from Baynard Leon Woolwine which she accepted. Connie had a deep faith in Jesus Christ. Connie is preceded in death by her husband Leon, as well as her daughter, Melissa; three siblings, sister, Bonnie Wheeler, brothers, Tommy Early and James Early; a special niece, Amy Cunningham.
