The resolutions—R2026-013 and R2026-014—relate to Block 200, Lots 1.04 and 1.05, which correspond to 1501 Route 10 and 1515 Route 10, respectively.
Both parcels are part of a redevelopment agreement between the Township and District at 1515 Urban Renewal, LLC and District at 1515 Urban Renewal II, LLC.
