City of Richfield passes ordinace barring federal agents from using various city-owned spaces for staging

The City of Richfield unanimously passed an emergency ordinance at its Tuesday night meeting to prohibit Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Border Patrol from using a number of city-owned parking places.
They will not be allowed to use parking lots, garages, parks and vacant lots for staging operations.
The cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis have passed similar ordinances.
