Video appears to show Alex Pretti days before shootingA video appearing to show Alex Pretti spitting on a federal agent’s vehicle and kicking the taillight off a little over a week before he was shot to death by Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis is spreading on social media. The video, shot by The News Movement on Jan. 13, shows a man spitting at a vehicle driven by federal agents before kicking off the right taillight. The man in the video is wearing similar attire to Pretti on the day he was shot and killed. Pretti died on Jan. 24 after a Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) officer and a Customs and Border Protection officer (CBPO) shot him several times.
