BRAINERD — The Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport Commission has an agreement in place with its new airport manager. ADVERTISEMENTThe agreement approved Monday includes an annual salary of $150,000, based on an equivalent hourly rate of $72.115. Establishing cooperative working relationships with representatives from the Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, Minnesota Department of Transportation, airport tenants and airport users. Benefits in the agreement include 10 hours of vacation pay accrued each month, with a maximum of 120 hours. Before working in the private sector, Roach spent nearly 20 years as a senior project manager/operations manager for the U.S. Army.
