ST. PAUL — A few DFL lawmakers in Minnesota announced legislative responses to the ongoing Operation Metro Surge on Wednesday, Jan. 28.
The pitches from lawmakers focus on how federal agents can conduct themselves within the state and on housing assistance.
The state has been limited in what it can do in response to the federal operation; several lawsuits are moving through federal courts, including one seeking an end to the operation altogether.
