The CMO also urged the public to download and actively use the JK Sehat App, describing it as a comprehensive digital healthcare platform.
The app offers online registration and appointment booking from Primary Health Centres to tertiary hospitals, access to 102 and 108 ambulance services, and home-based healthcare services including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, paramedics, attendants, and caregivers.
Under the Ayushman Bharat Golden Card, each eligible family is entitled to ₹5 lakh annual cashless health coverage.
The CMO further informed that dedicated health teams have been deployed across Srinagar district to assist citizens in availing these services, while individuals can also generate ABHA IDs independently through digital platforms.
Appealing for public cooperation, the CMO said that adoption of these digital health initiatives would enhance convenience, efficiency, and quality of patient care.
